Justine has been part of the team at Nicholls & Nicholls since 2019. She actively works with Lucinda as her PA and assists the management team offering her full support with the office administration and human resources.

Numerous years were spent as a manager in the HR department at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) who have 19 offices across the UK. After meeting her South African husband and having three sons, she decided that a more flexible approach with working commitments would fit with her lifestyle. So after several years undertaking roles in event management and tourism marketing, she returned to her HR roots and put her organisational skills back into the day to day life of a fast paced industry and obtained a position with the firm.

Her position with Nicholls & Nicholls not only compliments her personal strengths but her experience within the legal world as her husband is also the managing partner of a law firm.  Seeing firsthand the resilience and mentality required to ensure a law firm works efficiently, and to the client’s benefit, she has actively contributed to the running of this firm and continues to do so as an active team member and part of our management team.
