As regulatory lawyers, it’s a great compliment when several of the team are invited to an event that recognises lawyers in this particular legal field.

This time, Nicholls & Nicholls were honoured that 15 NBS Chambers and 5 St Andrew’s Hill invited our managing partner and trainee solicitor respectively, based on the work that has been undertaken with their barristers. It was a great event with wonderful speakers and excellent conversation.

ARDL is the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers who hosted the annual black tie event.

Known for our work defending those accused of breaching regulatory laws set by Government bodies or local councils, this has become a strong niche in the firm armory, excelling in contested trials with outstanding success.

We also work with professionals accused of breaching their Regulatory bodies such as the General Dental Council, Teaching Regulation Agency, and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

To be recognised by peers in the industry is a credit to the firm ethos with our quality of work and results. We, as a firm, look forward to the next ARDL dinner in 2025.
