We provide advice and assistance on a variety of legal matters. We are proud to support the vision of these organisations using martial arts to tackle social inequality, knife crime, childhood poverty, male suicide, violence against women and girls, and much more.
Lucinda Nicholls is on the Pro Bono Legal Advice Panel of Sport Resolutions. The service provides pro bono legal advice and representation for athletes and individuals of limited financial means who are either:
- Involved in UK Sport funded high-performance sport, and request assistance from the Panel through the British Athletes Commission, or
- Involved in proceedings administered by Sport Resolutions (UK), and request assistance from the Panel. These include matters determined by the National Anti-Doping Panel, National Safeguarding Panel and ad hoc arbitration and medications administered by Sport Resolutions (UK).
- Assistance may include providing summary advice and/or representation in relation to athlete eligibility, selection, disciplinary, anti-doping and classification matters.
